Anatomy help

This is my first time posting, so if I do anything wrong, don't be afraid to tell me! ^^

Here is a sketch for a trade I am doing, and I am going to color it in the near future. But I could get some help, especially with the anatomy and perspective! The whole image will be moved downwards a bit, to get the ears on the page, but here is the sketch ^^
Any help is appreciated!

Oh really cool picture so far, I like the picture frame idea in there. Hehe. I'm really bad at giving a critique though, but at least on first glance the thing that jumped out most to me is the angle of the muzzle. Seems to be kinda sloping down too far compared to how the head is looking more forwards rather than downwards. I'd say to bring the nose and mouth up more maybe.

Ah thanks! Yes, that would be more logic, I'll try it ^^
