So, I'm setting up my own little sketchbook here. Everyone elses looked so awesome I had to make one too ^_^ I'll post my personal sketches as well some school ones to mix it up a bit. Proof practice really works. :D

Anyway, here is my newest sketch. My first otter for a friend who has been feeling down lately.

The sketching stage of an artshow piece. First I layed out the basic pose, then I worked on anatomy, and when I was pretty happy with that, I added the clothing and accessories. Its probably not perfect, but I was happy that I was able to do so much without references.

Last semester's anatomy assignment. I actually did better with this than actual human figures >.<

Human head practice. About 40 minutes sketch.

VERY nice stuff. :D

Wow, very cool stuff. You better have gotten an "A" on that skeleton! ;)

A very promising start of your sketchbook. :) That skeleton looks amazing!

That skeleton is amazing. About how long did it take you?

Thanks! I spent, roughly, 16 hours on it.

LoL, I wish. I did get a B though ;)

Int. Fig. Drawing excersice. We were given 20 minutes to look at the model and sketch her out, then after that we had to draw her again from memory. Left is with model, 2nd is without.

2 20 minute sketches.

One 40 minute pose.

random sketch of doom! Of me wearing a hat a friend made.

ITSA PANDA! Woooo! And random sketchies of my rattie :3

Sketching a concept for a pic. She's supposed to be dancing, but it looks more like she is ROFLing, cuz I hadn't entirely thought about the impossibility of doing that without falling over >.< I will fix it, I promise.

Your sketches are great. I like the way you boldly outline your sketches, it's very dramatic. And yeah, I know everyone else already said it, but the skelly is AWESOME!!

leopard practice

ink study of a plaster copy of a greek frieze. It showed alot of muscles I wouldn't normally notice on a horse.

Hey, there's some good stuff here for sure!

Excuse me if I missed it, what school are you going to?

Thanks! ^_^ I go to the Academy of Art in San Francisco.
